Day-by-Day Journey

Day 1 – Arusha: A Gentle Start

Welcome to Tanzania. Your guide meets you at the airport, and a short drive brings you to your lodge. Enjoy a welcome drink and a quiet moment before your adventure begins.

Day 2 – Tarangire: Elephant Kingdom

Baobabs. Dust. Herds in motion. Tarangire National Park greets you with warm light and giants on the move. Your first game drive begins in the early afternoon.

• Drive: Arusha → Tarangire (2 hrs)
• Park: Tarangire National Park
• Highlight: Game drive & golden sundowner
• Lodge: Mbali Mbali Tarangire River Camp, full board

Day 3 – Manyara: Green Eden & Culture

After breakfast, head north to the emerald canopy of Lake Manyara. Game drive in the morning, local life in the afternoon. Visit a Maasai village or explore Mto wa Mbu.

Day 4 – To Serengeti: Into the Vastness

You rise early – the road is long to Serengeti National Park, but the reward is timeless. Past crater rims and into endless plains. A ribbon of dust leads to your camp.

• Drive: Manyara → Serengeti via Ngorongoro (6 hrs)
• Park: Serengeti National Park
• Highlight: Game drive en route to camp

Day 5 – Serengeti: The Rhythm of the Wild

Spend the whole day on safari. Follow tracks, trust your guide, lose yourself in the silence between sightings.

• Highlight: Picnic in the wild & wildlife encounters

Day 6 – Ngorongoro: Descent into Legacy

Your journey continues – southward to the edge of the world. Tonight, you’ll sleep above a crater that holds life like a cup.

• Drive: Serengeti → Ngorongoro (4–5 hrs)
• Park: Ngorongoro Conservation Area
• Highlight: Sunset over the caldera
• Lodge: Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge, full board

Day 7 – Crater Safari & Return to Arusha

At dawn, you descend into the Ngorongoro Crater – one of Earth’s most extraordinary wildlife habitats. After lunch on the crater floor, drive back to Arusha.

• Drive: Ngorongoro Crater → Arusha (6–7 hrs incl. game drive)
• Park: Ngorongoro Conservation Area & Crater
• Highlight: 6-hour crater safari
• Lodge: Optional extension or airport transfer
